Documents required

There is no interview for the posts of PST JEST in sindh education department, you will only be called just to verify your original documents & residence certificates by DRC/DPC/DSC.

Here is the list of Documents required after the DEO office will receive merit lists from Education department:

Note: Probably 10 sets of above mentioned Documents will be required.

 

List of Documents required after displaying salary lists on Education department website:

District level committee may reject you because of following reasons:

Your graduation passing date is after the last date of PST JEST application submission date.

You have got prepared you Domicile/ form D after due date of PST JEST Advertisement.

Your Permanent address (mustkil patta)  in CNIC doesn't match with permanent address mentioned in Domicile.

Note: if you have passed graduation before PST JEST due date, but now getting certificates/transcripts in new date doesn't matter.

Note: Pass Certificate + transcript is equal to degree certificate.

All documents should be before due date of advertisement of PST JEST, only residence certificate will be accepted by UC Secretory in New Date:

If date of announcement of your graduation certificate is before the due advertisement, you may get any certificate or transcript in new date, that will not cause any issue.

Time frame for the process of JEST PST:

30-sep-2021: announcement of merit-wise (UC & Taluka level) results, excluding B.ed marks.

After that, lists will be sent to the education department, they will take almost 4 months to upload lists on their website & same lists will be sent to their respective DEO offices, probably in the month of January 2022, process will start at district level then.

After receiving lists, they will call you to submit a copy of documents along with proforma & bank chalan (remember: you will be asked to provide set of documents almost 10 times).

later they will prepare their own list (including B.ed marks) after verification of your certificates from respective universities, it will take almost 2 months in this process:

In the month of April 2022, you will be called to appear in DPC (District placement committee) or District Recruitment committee (DRC), they will verify your original documents, CNIC & residence certificate, they will get a signature from you on the school where you have been appointed.

In this meeting, the one who will not participate, after communication through mobile & post, their name will be removed from list of candidate & waiting one will be called:

DRC will sit together almost three times.

Probably in month of September 2022, Your documents will be sent to director of your region for printing offer orders, after it, probably in the month of December 2021, u will get offer orders & then joining in the month of feb 2023, your first salary will be in month of August 2023.

iam Sharing this information on the behalf of our JEST process 2018, our test was conducted in Nov2018, we got joining in feb 2020 & first salary after two years in month nov 2020.
