Proper use of Adjective MCQs
Suggestions for Error Detection and Correction in the Usage of Adjectives:
1- Make sure the adjective agrees in number and gender with the noun it modifies.
2- Use the correct comparative or superlative form of the adjective when making comparisons.
3- Avoid using double negatives or double comparatives when modifying a noun with an adjective.
4- Use the appropriate preposition to link the adjective with the noun it modifies.
5- Check for proper word order when using multiple adjectives to modify a single noun.

In the sentences like this, quite will be placed after somewhere.
Incorrect: She is growing strong and strong everyday. X
Correct: She is growing stronger and stronger everyday. ✓
In the sentences like this, second degree of adjective for strong (stronger)  will be used.
Incorrect: You have much books. X
Correct: You have many books. ✓
Incorrect: I have many work to do. X
Correct: I have much work to do. ✓
Much used for uncountable and many for countable Noun.
Incorrect: Bombay is further from Delhi than Agra. X 
Correct: Bombay is farther from Delhi than Agra. ✓
Further means additional, farther means away, so here farther will be used.
Incorrect: I can’t afford that a big car. X
Correct: I can’t afford that big a car. ✓
Note the pattern: that + adjective + a/an + noun.
Incorrect: Tell me the last news. X

for the news we will use latest not last.

Quantifiers like all, both and half go before possessives.
